Date Night in Connaught Village

Whether you’re looking for a spot to share the love with friends, family or a romantic place to dine with that special someone, Connaught Village’s restaurants are certainly worth visiting. Take a look below for some inspiration…

Colbeh

A mosaic-clad bread oven holds pride of place by the entrance of Colbeh. This long-serving family-run Persian eatery is an intimate setting for some great-value food on date night. The naan bread from Colbeh’s bread oven is not to be missed. In addition, their dips, salad, pickles, kebabs, and warming dishes such as their spicy ‘stew of kings’ are all absolutely delicious. To top it all off, their homemade ice creams and faloudeh should hit the sweet spot.

Casa Malevo

For those after good steak and red wine, Connaught Village’s very own Argentinian fine dining restaurant, Casa Malevo is the place to visit. The inspiration behind the food at Casa Malevo is simply the desire to offer honest and truthful ‘Cocina Argentina’ using local ingredients and changing the menu every season. A La Carte dishes include mouth-watering, traditional empanadas, beef, blue cheese and chicken. Their entire wine list is sourced from Argentina to ensure you find the perfect pairing for each course. You can’t go wrong with Casa Malevo.

Bombay Palace

Taste the majesty of India in the heart of the city at Bombay Palace. Regularly marked amongst the best Indian restaurants in London, Bombay Palace has been cooking the finest Indian cuisine since the 1970s. Relax in their spacious, luxurious dining rooms while enjoying one of their specialities from the A La Carte menu – a tantalising selection including barbecue, seafood, lamb, chicken and vegetarian delicacies.

Masgouf

Masgouf has been bringing the very best of Iraqi and Middle Eastern cuisine to Connaught Village for a number of years with a menu that is filled with favourites from the region. If you’re struggling to choose from their extensive menu, go for the mezze to start – they have cold and hot options – before picking something straight off the grill. Whether you’re into meat, seafood or vegetarian dishes, you’re sure to be in for a treat.
