La Maritxu specialises in Basque Cheesecakes. Originally from the Basque Country in Spain, Lucia decided to open the shop boutique in Connaught Village to serve the most authentic cheesecake. This cheesecake is baked at high temperature, it has a burnt and caramelized on top and a very creamy and soft inside.
