We are so excited to announce the launch of Village in Green, a vibrant celebration of urban nature featuring a variety of gardening, botanical, and outdoor activities and experiences for all to enjoy.
From 7-8 June, coinciding with The National Garden Scheme, you’ll be spoilt for choice with a variety of activities and experiences throughout the village.
The main event will take place on 7 June in Oxford Square. Usually a private garden, Oxford Square will be opened to the public, inviting visitors to bring down a picnic rug and enjoy the live music and entertainment from 11am – 3pm. The new Village Green, located at the end of Kendal Street, offers a serene escape with biodiverse planting, outdoor seating, and natural stone paving. Surrounded by charming shops and cafes, it brings a refreshing touch of nature to the neighbourhood, enhancing the community experience for both visitors and residents
